Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Balinaro, info@balinaro.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund you the full amount you paid. We will process the refund no later than 2 days after the product has arrived at our return center. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

You must return the items to us within 30 days of receiving them. We only accept returns of items that are in perfect, unused condition.
