For Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Croatia, the following shipping rate applies: For orders over €150, we offer free shipping. Orders under €150 have a flat shipping rate of €4.95.

For the Netherlands, Lithuania, Ireland, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, and Belgium, the following shipping rate applies: For orders over €150, we offer free shipping. Orders under €150 have a flat shipping rate of €5.90.

For Switzerland, the following shipping rate applies: For orders over €150, we offer free shipping. Orders under €150 have a flat shipping rate of €12.90.

For Norway, Sweden, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, and San Marino, the following shipping rate applies: For orders over €150, we offer free shipping. Orders under €150 have a flat shipping rate of €9.90.

United States: For orders over $158, we offer free shipping. For orders under $158, we charge a shipping fee of $6.90.
United Kingdom: For orders over £125, we offer free shipping. For orders under £125, we charge a flat shipping fee of £4.90.

The shipping cost to Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, and Peru is €14.90 for all orders.
The shipping cost to Japan is €5.90 for all orders.

The shipping cost to Albania, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Armenia, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Gibraltar, Guatemala, Guernsey, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mongolia, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Suriname, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Uruguay, and Uzbekistan is €25 for all orders.

The shipping cost to Jersey is €29.99 for orders up to €99.99, €49.99 for orders between €100 and €199.99, and €69.99 for orders above €200.

The shipping cost to Iceland is €19.90 for all orders.

International shipping for countries not listed above has a flat rate of €9.90.

Order processing before shipping takes an average of 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is approved, the estimated delivery time may be 1 to 3 business days for European countries and Switzerland. For the United States, delivery time is 6–12 business days. The cutoff time for orders is 12:00 PM GMT.

 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible after placing your order. They will confirm the cancellation for you.

Delayed Orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, don’t panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us and provide your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received your package, but it was damaged or contained incorrect items? No problem! Please take photos of the issue, include a brief explanation, and contact us with your order number.
