Refund policy
Important Information
- You have 30 days to initiate your return
- Up to 5 days for processing the refund
- No restocking fee
- Contact customer service to get the return address.
Order Cancellation
We can only cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. The usual processing time before shipping is 1–2 business days. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then return it yourself.
Refund Policy
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To qualify for a return or refund, your items must be free of signs of use and in their original packaging.
Certain discounted items are marked as Final Sale and are excluded from exchanges or refunds.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in the original Balinaro bag
- The tag must still be attached to the product
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
You can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at info@balinaro.com. We will send you the return form and return address.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. For this reason, we recommend using trackable shipments as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately as proof of the package and its contents. Then send it along with your order number to info@balinaro.com so our customer service team can find a solution for you.
Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether we accept it. If accepted, you can expect your refund within 5 days using the same payment method you used to order from our shop.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue is not on their end, please contact us at info@balinaro.com.
