I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there are any problems?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee in case of product defects or damage. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please make sure the returned package includes your name and order number.

Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for the package to arrive before you can initiate the return process.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours without incurring any costs. Please make sure you cancel your order before it is dispatched. However, if you contact us after 24 hours and the product has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy once you receive the product for a full refund

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do now?

If the address provided is incorrect, we can correct it with the correct address within 24 hours. Please note that refunds are not possible after 24 hours have passed since an incorrect address was submitted.
