Refund Policy
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return or refund, your items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You can start the return process by contacting our customer service team at info@balinaro.com. We will provide you with the return form and return address.
Return Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Therefore, we recommend using trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately as proof of the package and its contents. Then send it along with your order number to info@balinaro.com, so our customer service team can find a solution for you.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email whether we accept it. If accepted, you can expect your refund within 5 days using the same payment method you used to place your order in our shop.
If your refund is delayed, contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue is not on their side, please contact us at info@balinaro.com.
