Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Balinaro, info@balinaro.com ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

If you cancel the contract, we will refund you the entire amount you have paid. We will refund you the amount no later than 2 days after the product has arrived at the return center. Depending on the payment processing, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund amount to reach you. We will use the same payment method you used. There are no additional costs for the refund.

You must return the items to us within 30 days of receiving the goods. We only accept returns in perfect, unused condition.
